Note
One key, one action. The simple path: a piano G is W.
Windows app
Plug in a MIDI keyboard or pads. Hit Learn, play a note, and that note becomes a shortcut in a game, OBS, a browser, anywhere. It keeps working while another window is focused.
A piano can play Minecraft. A pad can mute Discord.
Click a key to hear it. Watch the list cycle a note, a chord, and a pattern.
How it works
No scripting. Close the window and it fully quits. Nothing stays in the tray.
The app lists whatever you connect. That’s the whole setup.
A note, a chord, or a rhythm. MidiKeymapper captures it.
Minecraft, OBS, Discord, the desktop. Still runs when this window isn’t focused.
Knobs & sliders
Same Learn button. Twist, slide, or record a shape, then fire a key or drive the pointer while an app is focused.
Move a knob. MidiKeymapper captures the shape and can fire when you do it again.
Two sliders, X and Y. The pointer follows even while an app is focused.
How you play it
You set the tolerances: how fast, how hard, how long a note is held. Same pitches can fire as many mappings as you need.
Macros
Shortcuts, typed text, waits, mouse, open a URL, launch an app. Drag steps onto the chain from the right. That’s the builder.
Not bound to a mapping yet. Release does not cancel a run.
Native Windows 10 / 11. Mappings stay on your machine. No account, no cloud.
